CrossFit Reading, an FK.Associate, has put together a simple appeal for a worthy cause. On 6th February, give your workout a new meaning and purpose by raising money for the people of Haiti.
It is easy to get involved:
Gym owners – run a workout on Saturday 6th February and ask athletes for donations of £5 or more. There is no set workout – the focus is on getting involved and getting it done.
Athletes - Head to your nearest participating gym on February 6th, make a donation, and do the scheduled workout! Or just do a workout yourself on the day. Either way, you can also raise sponsorship from friend/family/colleagues to do the workout.
