    im good mate, shame about the eyes and migraines etc, i had a similar problem a couple of years ago but the a rest sorted it. i did the uksca course which was ok , it was easy enough but full of pumped up pt's which was annoying. my strength training has suffered since the box really, as i dont have anywhere to lift, but have been keeping busy with other stuff. good to hear from you mate

    ive been proper lazy training recently, i was supposed to be fighting lasty weekend but had to pull out as i have been having problems with my eyes & migraines so i have had about a complete month off any training.
