Pretty pleased with my training at the moment. Been a few years since I've put a determined effort into my training and I expected to be really unfit. Obviously no where near where I was a few years ago but not as bad as I feared.

Decided to put my toolbox (ooh-er) behind me so that if I couldn't get back up then at least I can sit and get from under the bar (work out alone, no spotters).Toolbox is only 10" or so high so no chance of not getting below parallel. Gave me a bit more confidence to push past the wobbles.
