    Spent the day with World Champion Boxer Amir Khan at his gym in Bolton (Gloves gym). The strength & conditioning aspect was interesting. :rolleyes: :blink: :wacko:
    Amir was a top bloke, and keen to impart his knowledge even though I did ram him into a wall :blush:

    Good day and an insight into the day of an elite athlete.
