This is what I'm doing today.

VALHALLA!

50 Cleans (Men 60kg; Women 35kg)
100 Burpee Pull Ups (chest to floor and chin over bar, any grip on pull up bar)
50 Deadlifts (Men 60kg; Women 35kg)
100 Press Ups
100 Explosive Lunges (50 Each Leg)
100 Sit Ups (to 90 degrees; feet can be supported if need be)
250 Tuck Jumps

FOR TIME

THEN:

10km Run (Easy)

I'll post the time for Valhalla so you can have a go at me if you fancy.

Did 42:28. Feel sicker than sick and still have the shakes 2 hours after. The worst part was the burpee pull ups as the chest and thighs touching the floor really take it out of you. Also did the press ups on some of those small press up paralette things so I could get really deep on each press up; wish I hadn't, made it a lot more difficult. Quite disappointed with the time but feel like I'm carrying a burgeon after the xmas period. Well back into it now.

By the way the 10km run after was a little ambitious.

thought the run might be a bit OTT after that.
nice one for completing it - were the TJ's not too hard then?

Did them in 3 50's and then 4 25's. Tried to keep form all the way but when the only thing that doesn't hurt is your ear lobes it gets a bit tricky. Will have the circuit and 10km nailed within a month. I'm trying to get as fit as I can this year (I'll probably end up killing myself).

Good Luck bud. Now I've recovered I may do back to back Valhalla's. May have a go tomorrow and race one of my clients (he's a small turk who's a burpee specialist though so I may be up against it).
