Killer circuit I gave a pro boxer today Called it "Pat" after the boxer

Here it is:-


"PAT"

Do each exercise for one minute (20 seconds to prepare for the next exercise)

Press Ups
Row
Sit Ups
Row
Dumbell Thrusters (under 60kg BW = 4kg db's, under 80kg BW= 8kg, over 80kg = 12kg)
Row
Military Burpees (Stand to attention, shoulders must be behind ear level when standing)
Row
Tabata Squats
Row
Tuck Jumps (Knees must be level with hips each jump)

Your score is the average score for the highest and lowest number of reps achieved for each exercise over 3 rounds plus the average score for the number of calories burnt in the row. You then add the scores together. You have 3 minutes recovery between rounds.

Pat the boxer got a score of 455 (which is phenomenal by the way)

Try this, it's a beast. You'll either puke, mess yourself, or both!!! You may need a training partner to record your scores as you go.
