Today I did back to back,

Grace = 30 clean and press of 60kg (crap time of 5:26)

GI Jane = 100 Burpee (chest to touch floor) pull ups (any grip, chin must clear bar) (time of 13:31)

3km sprint on treadmill = 11:01 (my pb)

500 metre erg = 1:27.8 (my pb)

I had about 2 minutes rest between workouts. Cumulative score of 30:25.8

Anyone want to have a go?

It wasn't by choice! I'm training a pro boxer who is under David Hay's promotion and I'm introducing him to Crossfit type training to increase his power primarily. We both had to do the circuit. I was just seeing if an old man like myself (at 34) could keep up with a 22 year old machine. Did him in the burpee pull ups (GI Jane) and row. Almost vommed though. Have a go. I do recommend that you have someone to do it with though.

Did the back to backs again today,

Grace = 30 clean and press of 60kg (time of 4:23) = Over 1 minute quicker

GI Jane = 100 Burpee (chest to touch floor) pull ups (any grip, chin must clear bar) (time of 13:18) = 13 seconds quicker

3km sprint on treadmill = 11:20 = 19 seconds slower tha last time, was screwed from GI Jane

500 metre erg = 1:27.6 (my pb) = 0.2 of a second off. Looking for a 1:26 next time (I think Rob Smith's WR of 1:15 is safe)

I had about 2 minutes rest between workouts. Cumulative score of 30:27.6 (My run let me down)

Anyone had a go yet?

Would love to see that on video - you must be a mess after it?
You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...
