Does anyone have a copy of the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test CD (WFS) I could possibly borrow (or could rip to an image/copy for me)?
I did have a copy of the bleep test CD with this variation on it but I lent it to one of my football coaches a couple of years ago and never got it back (I don't have his contact details anymore to ask for it). I was looking at doing the test in the new year so if anyone has it it would be most appreciated.
