Seon
Welcome to FK.UK.
You don't need to be a crossfitter to join in. A number of the people on here don't do crossfit as such.
Just join in and enjoy.

Welcome Seon!
I'm not a Crossfitter either! Sometimes it seems like it's a Crossfit site (!) but that wasn't the intention I don't think.
Anyway, enjoy.

Hey Seon. Don't worry, this isn't a CrossFit site its a Functional Fitness site. A lot of the guys and gals here do Olympic weight lifting as part of that functional training, either individually or at clubs so you will fit right in.
See you at Brian's. Who knows, maybe we can get you doing thrusters there too

Welcome
i think the majority of the folk on here do either CF or Ross Training but there are some rogue's out there that just do functional stuff as part of other GPP programs. It's all good.

Hi and welcome
best not mention CrossFit as it seems to offend quite a few people here now...

You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...
