Last 2 days have been Angie, then CF Total. I fancy something involving running (want to join me Andy?
Factors to consider:
- Last 2 days training;
- My lats are still fried from Angie, so in the name of being vaguely sensible I think pullups are out;
- I'm going climbing later in the day with some of you good folks;
- Not a fan of distance running;
So, any suggestions gratefully received while I eat this very large pizza!
