Max Weight From Floor To Overhead With One Arm!
1. Weight must start on the floor
2. The rep must finish with the weight locked out overhead
3. You can Snatch, Clean + Press, Bent Press, Push Press, TGU, whatever you like.
4. For the lift to count you have to do it with your left and right arm.
5. Post the weight lifted and % bodyweight
6. Extra MAN points maybe awarded for implement used: DB, BB, KB with chains or plates attached, sandbag if you're brave.
7. Do not injure yourself.
8. Film it if you can

There's actually an official BWLA comp running ATM - "Lift of the Quarter"
Max Left Hand Barbell Clean and Jerk
Its a postal event, with rankings according to percentage of BW lifted.
Will post up details very shortly.

Brian Hamill has it on his board. I managed 40K at 79Kg BW. Some of the good lifters there wer almost at BW (60@63 IIRC)

Nice lift. Would have failed the BWLA challenge though, the bar cannot touch the opposite shoulder (I did the lift the same way originally and was told off
