Coach Jeff Tucker will be visiting CrossFit Northern Ireland on 29th & 30th August 2009 for a level 1 gymnastics cert.

There will be 20-30 places up for grabs (no more than 30). It's a one stop visit to the UK so get your pert asses over here for it.

Not only will we be proud hosts to Coach Tucker, but he's bringing top elite crossfitters Kelly Moore and Gillian Mounsey with him.

Nice one guys!
You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

Sounds great, but like the O-cert I am flat broke right now. Only a few more months and I should have paid off the wedding so I can start looking at these things again.
Keep up the good work though, deffo up for events in the future.

Guys.

We've sorted out accomodation at cheaper than usual rates with a local hotel.

The Ashburn Hotel, Lurgan http://www.theashburnbotel.com Please mention Crossfit or elite400 when making your reservation. It's priced at £30 p.p.s, bed & breakfast. It's about 2 miles away from the gym and where we will probably have the social gathering on the Sat night (also is the local nightclub, where guests get free entry). They can put more than 2 in a room as well.

The other hotel is the Seagoe in Portadown, http://www.seagoe.com it's about 5 miles from the gym. Their rates are £65, b&b for a single room and £85, b&b for a double room over Sat & Sun. These are their 2008 rates. All they have said is that they may be able to keep these rates if you book now (as rates increase in January).

There are only 8 places left on this cert.

The link goes up on the mainsite soon and Tucker has been in touch to see if we can get the places filled up.
