Hi

Looks like a nice forum, so I have signed up - although CrossFit is something I have not heard of. Do some circuit training at home, and was doing kung-fu before the credit crunch!

Slightly annoyed that someone registered with my name a few days ago, Jon!

Chet, found you via YouTube, one of the first of your videos I watched: http://uk.youtube.co...h?v=74sumq11bqU
I am pretty out of shape, but have a power rack in the garage, so no excuse not to do these exercises!

You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

Welcome Jon. Don't worry about not hearing about CrossFit, hang out here enough and you surely will :) Having said that, not everyone follows the CrossFit workouts; many are just into functional training and all that term encompasses. Pull up a chair, grab a cup of whatever flaots your boat and join in a few discussions, most of us are OK and won't bite your head off ;)
