Farmers walk 100 feet (women 50#, men 70#)
10 Power cleans (women 95#, men 135#)
15 Knees to elbows

really tempted to, once i get my xmas stuff, but want to try and beat someone haha =) friendly competition of course

OK, is it weird that I dreamed doing this last night? Loads of people from the September cert were there, and I distinctly remember Miles passing out from pushing so hard (in the dream it was a farmer's RUN!) and Davie throwing the Power Cleans around.

Weird one that!
