The challenge was to complete during the month of October
10,000 push-ups
10,000 crunches
10,000 hindu squats
This was on average 325 reps (per exercise) every day. To top it off, I ran the 10k Clapham Common Series Race on the 26 October. This really was 31 Days of Pain, all in the aid of charity.
You can see my progress here: 31 days of Pain

Nice one mate. Especially as it's for charity.
You are completely and utterly bloody insane, of course.

All
Well it took a lot to complete this, and trying to maintain form after 400 hindu squats (and on some days 700!) was quite something. But raising over £1100 for charity, was all worth it. A bit of an anti-climax exercising now after last months intensity, will let you know when I start my next challenge - and don't give me any ideas ;-)
I am thinking of doing 50-100 of each a day as a wake-up call (for on-going maintenance)...
