I'd like to thank andrew and the others for running the i-course at the east london gymnastic centre this weekend. I didn't really know what to expect but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, was really impressed by the amount of effort and enthusiasm put into the day, and found everyone really friendly and sociable. I've certainly got a lot to work on!!

The i-Course was fantastic and regardless of your ability, something for everyone. Thanks to Andrew and all the helpers for a wonderful day.

-Darryl.

PS. I must confess seeing those 10 year old girl gymnasts doing full range pullups as a warmup before their practice seesion, was quite inspiring!

You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

Hi all,

My review of the i-Course is now up on my blog at http://gubernatrix.co.uk. I would welcome comments from anyone who was there or has attended a previous session.

what's the crack with this iCourse then? Is it worth attending if you kinda know what you're doing or is it just introductory?
"Pain is weakness leaving the body"
"If you stay ready, you don't have to get ready"
"The mind always gives out before the body. You’ll pass out before you die."
"We'll be as we are when all the fools around us fade away"
"Successful men and women are very careful in reaching decisions and very persistent and determined in action thereafter."
