Guys any of you have any experience with varicose vein? How to train,what to do? Anything?

I've had one removed a couple years ago. Purely for cosmetic reasons, but at the time none of the medical staff mentioned that it would restrict me physically in any way. Probably best to talk with your GP. I know a couple of doctors- I'll ask them if you like?

If you could,that would be great..The think is,it is for a client of mine. He was told by his doctor to stop exercising becouse he`s got varicose veins. He is little overweight.And everything what i found out about this condition was saying that loosing weight may improve the conditions....so I don`t want to say thet the doctor is wrong,but to stop exercise..hmmm..makes me think....
