Hey All,
Well I've been messing around with Crossfit for a good while now but decided to get serious about following the WODs in the last few weeks as left to my own devices, I don't really vary my workouts all that much. I decided to start a log here as I'd like to chart my progress and you folks seem like a friendly lot.
cheers
Dee

Reading up on Pavel's stuff but I'm unsure as to whether I can trust a man who can't afford a shirt.

Hello, welcome to the forum
You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

Well, I've yet to put a decent amount of weight on them coz they scare the hip flexors outta me but I had no recurrence of the doom hip flexor tendonitis from either cindy or from the thrusters the other day. (fell on my ass alot though!) Basically, It's starting to come together- slowly but I'm pleased with my progress.
By the way, your advice on the pullups was magic, you were spot on. I got my first full hang about 3 days after you suggested changing my grip and have been greasing the groove like that since. nice one bud :)
