This Tuesday coming i am going on holiday (Tenerife with the family for 7 days)
Don't worry this isn't going to be a Mens Health question, and i'm not going to ask what can i do now to get me ripped. =)

But whilst on holiday i don't want to lose much strength, so i'm trying to think of things i can do to keep it from dropping.
There is a a gym there, not sure of it's quality, i'm guessing just machines, so i might spend SOME time in there.

Outside of the gym, i was thinking:

Pistols (now that i got one, i think this would be quite cool and a good chance to progress) GTG style
Pullups GTG, and weighted with my backpack etc (i'm sure i'll find somewhere!)
1 arm pushup progressions
Planks and core stuff

Then for conditioning side:

They have a pool, so i'll use that and the sea a couple times every day
Countless BW air squats, pushups
Some plyo stuff

Am i missing anything major?
Things i Need:
140KG Olympic barbell kit, Power or Decent Squat Rack, Dip Station, Manilla Rope, Sledgehammer + Tyre, Rowing Machine, Sled, Weighted Vest, Captains Of Crush, Sandbag, Rings.

If you've got Never Gymless, take it with you. Providing you can find a branch or something to pull up on, you can do no excuses quite easily. Handstand push ups or progressions, glute ham raise negatives (might need a family member to sit on your calves to pin you down while you do these) and maybe some hill sprints up the sand dunes if they have them in tenerife. Other than that, I think you got it covered. I'm sure they'll have DB's and a bench at the gym so you can do snatches, swings, bench press etc

Lets face it, you'll pass out before you die.

if you have a gym boss take that - great for random stuff

"If you stay ready, you don't have to get ready"
"The mind always gives out before the body. You’ll pass out before you die."
"We'll be as we are when all the fools around us fade away"

Tenerife has some great windsurfing and surfing - spend a day paddling about and you'll be ruined for the week!
Underwater lengths of the pool will help with cardio too. Can make it more fun by throwing a coin in the pool and having to find it before you run out of air.
Have a good holiday dude :)
No pain, no biscuits.
