My right forearm and wrist have been hurting alot recently. I think this is down to an armbar I got put in about 2 weeks ago so I am thinking that it is muscular/tendon pain.

It doesn't stop me from doing anything normal but is stopping me from exercising properly and interfering with my sparring etc so I need some help in how to help it recover.

I have taken 2 weeks off and have only started exercising again this week but it still seems to hurt during and after workouts. I have been applying ice after workouts for about 5-10 mins and also have been putting Deep Heat on it in the evening. Obviously I don't want to stop exercising completely so basically what can I do to help it recover quicker and still improve physically?

Hi I would suggts go and see sport massage therapist. If you find a good one,she or he can do magic...

Get better soon...

have you thought that it may be something worse? It could be a greenstick fracture. I would get it checked out.

I want to but I just don't have time in the day at the moment. I think it is getting alittle better but I can't really be sure because im not using it for anything taxing at the moment.

the lowest form of break - just a hairline crack basically but throbs like a bitch.
