elite400, crossfit Northern Ireland are pleased to announce that after quite a few e-mails between ourselves and coach Burgener we have now secured an oly lifting cert to be held here in Northern Ireland on the 18th/19th July 2009.
He will also be visiting Scotland the weekend after.
Keep check on our web site (www.elite400.co.uk) for more info and booking details, also feel free to contact us about travel details and places to stay or any other questions you might have.
We hope to see you all come over for a fun weekend and some good Irish craic.
Cheers
Jonny

What is the oly lifting cert exactly? Is it something that would only apply in a Crossfit setting?
Well, it's a CrossFit cert, but from what I have seen, Burgener takes you through the lifts and progressions step by step so it's good for anyone interested in performing and/or teaching the lifts. Well worth learning from a true master IMHO.

HQ have just confirmed that there are still places on the cert with us in Norn Iron (Northern Ireland in our accent...)
You don't have to pay in full, just a deposit to secure your place.
