after today's LINDA

I reckon either track running with OHS, MUs or KB swings thrown in for good measure or...

Could even be a heavy 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 of some shoulder press movement

Probably some sort of bodyweight-based metcon, like Angie or something.

death by pullups, looks like no-one was right....oh well.

I reckon tomorrow is running with a little something thrown in, either OHS, KB swings or even box jumps.

Got to be a hero workout tomorrow, doesn't it?
Maximise your training and minimise the bullshit.

possibly. weve done legs, now shoulders, possible a core abs (GHD) and lower back metcon.

Or could be a WOD with track running in it.

Better be a nice long metcon tomorrow, I'm bored of the strength low rep stuff. Hardly been any running either the past 2 cycles.

Still no running, but it looks like you've got your long metcon today...
