What do you reckon tomorrow WOD will be. I could be completley wrong but I am think 30 MU's for time. Based on the fact that it has been single elements for the last 2 days.
I'm like a goddamn Navy Seal and Olympic gold medalist wrapped in a f***ing suit of body armour. I'm f***ing elite.

That looks like a good shout.

My bet would be something pull-up central, not Murph due to the 5k today, but maybe Angie.

Or maybe a WOD involving double unders (hopefully) =)

EDIT: Just remembered Filthy 50! that used to be my favourite workout, havent seen it in agesssssss! :o

Hmmm
Things i Need:
140KG Olympic barbell kit, Power or Decent Squat Rack, Dip Station, Manilla Rope, Sledgehammer + Tyre, Rowing Machine, Sled, Weighted Vest, Captains Of Crush, Sandbag, Rings.

Hmm, let's see, yesterday was weightlifting only, today was cardio only, so maybe tomorrow will be gymnastics only. 30 M-Us could just be it, but maybe Cindy/Mary or Death by Pullups?
Maximise your training and minimise the bullshit.

Cue Twilight Zone music.

Too freaky: It was only Friday I was talking about a virtual Isabel to practise my snatch, then last night I had my wife pick a random card from the hopper deck for my workout today - Isabel - and now it's the WOD too.
