I fought on saturday night and won on points against a strong opponent. The fight is on facebook now if anyone wants to watch it and they are friends with me on there.
No real injuries apart from a little lump on my head from a spinning reverse elbow and a stiff neck, having a couple of days off training having my last day of complete junk food then back to eating good and improving on strength & conditioning side and my muay thai.
Big thanks to Mark @ the box, been a big help mate with so much stuff, my conditioning was amazing never been fitter especially as i have moved up in weight and i was definately the bigger and stronger fighter in there. Again my training made me feel so fit and strong in there i feel it made a massive difference from the days of just long runs and thai training.I cant wait to kind of go again and get even fitter, faster and stronger

Next time... Up another gear.
Charlie Brooker & Chris Morris.
"Don't get hung up on the stopwatch or times, or even weight lifted, think about technique, technique, technique and listening to your body. You will not perform better every session and that is set in stone. Test your self every month keep a written journal not just a forum, a place where you can keep personal notes that you can read to motivate yourself. Don't compare yourself to others when you are working out and likewise do not think that you are already fit as fcuk!!! As someone will always be in front and behind you, ultimate confidence in your abilities yes, but arrogance no, there is a fine line.
But most of all do the things you hate above the things you like or are good at, this will make you a better athlete. Save the things you like for recreational sessions. But ultimately enjoy it, even when you hate it! And finally remember the mind will always give in before the body!"
Here endeth the lesson.

Also biked to work 1 day last week when the weather was nice. did quite a bit of sparring with my private students also.
Mon 14/6/10
went out on my bike to the local adizone had a play in a few of the pieces of equipment, mainly used pull up & dip bars, used the sit up platform for box jumps.
Also used the climbing wall quite a bit, really enjoyed it never done anything like that before and will defo be using it again as it can only help with my grip strength for my Muay thai
biked back a different way for a longer ride
