Yup, I bash 'em out as RX'd in my sleep - when I am dreaming I am that good
Don't worry about the RX'd stuff, just keep the intensity up and you will see progress in no time. If you read the logs here you will see each of us is strong in certain areas, whilst others are better at something else, we all scale as we need to. In fact after having some of my form torn apart by Nicole this weekend I think I might be scaling a wee bit more than I thought I should!
