In terms of functional fitness this guy is the benchmark for anyone who is hooked on functional fitness (as I am). I thought doing muscle ups were an achievement until I saw this guy do it as naturally as walking. I now do a lot of my training in playgrounds and am training to be able to do the flag. This guys name is George Richards and he's a PT in the Bronx NY. I've contacted him and intend to do a session with him next year when I visit the states. I've just seen Andy's post http://www.youtube.c...h?v=SW8mA0nG0_Q and that guy is phenomenal in a different way. How us mere mortals can only watch in awe. I've got a mate who's a street runner who'll be in A & E next week after he tries some of those moves. If I tried them I'd end up having to have my bum wiped by someone else and being fed through a straw!!!
