Not sure where to put this - has any one experienced any neck pain from CF-ing? Been getting a mild pain at the bottom of neck (right in the middle in line with the top of my shoulders). not sure if it is driving/computer position related or training related.

If you're parked in front of a PC it could very well be just the way you've been sitting.

I drive over an hour to work, sit at a desk all day then drive back and my back is constantly loupin'. My chiropractor advises getting up and walking about every so often to keep things moving. Give it a try.

does include getting up and popping out a few pull ups?
