nice work Peter

Hows the Oly lifting going?
You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

Cheers Davie.

Apart from doing the Burgener warm up and assistance exercises every time I take the bar over to the barns I have been pretty much avoiding doing too much with the Oly lifts. I am trying to stick to the stronglifts 5x5 program at the moment and am a little worried that I do too much on the oly lifts it is going to take mess me up a bit on the program lifts (Squat, Deadlift, Press & Bench).

Even before going off to NI it was occaisonally difficult to stop myself to adding a little push to my presses if you see what I mean.

I might start adding in a few empty bar oly practice sessions in on the off days, but I am putting off making that decision until after my hols (off camping for a week on Saturday) or when I reach the twelve week mark in the program.
