Hi guys, just found out about CrossFit and looking to start it but having trouble finding a gym! I'm going to Uni in Cardiff, and there is a link to CrossFit Wales however the link is dead! grr. Is there actually one in Cardiff?

Also can anyone give me a rough guide on price, obviously this will vary from gym to gym so a ball park figure will do fine

Not sure about CrossFit Wales - never really heard anything from/about them TBH...

try 0800 952 0522 its CROSSFIT WALES based at Trainstation 2 (TS2) on curran road, 2 mins from town centre. There web site is being ungraded at the moment...
