Just to say Hi to all,

I'm Crossfit L1 certified, but not currently training people.
I'm also importing a load of CF gear into the country. Expected arrival date 30th September.

I'll have Dynamax, Buddy Lee ropes, Ironwoody kit including metric fractional plates, Starting Strength and Practical Programming by Rippetoe, Chalk, Hi Temp bumpers, Hi Tech training plates, Pendlay bars and Kettlestack KB handles.

My email is brian@strengthpowerspeed.co.uk, the website is evolving, but not fully e-commerce yet.

Anyone training in London wants to meet up, let me know.

Brian

Hi Brian, welcome!
You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

Hi Brian, welcome to FK.UK.
I saw you had a plug in the latest CF London newsletter; guessing you are part of Andrew's crew?

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I KNOW you are part of the I-course, I believe you mentioned it just once or twice (or ten) in the past ;) Might try and get up for one in the future; Sundays are out for me for the next six months or so though due to coaching commitments. Of course after next weekend, I might offer my services as an assistant too, it's not a million miles away from here.

Brian, sorry to jack your thread.

Hi Brian, I hope this an appropriate place to ask these questions.

1. Any clue to the price of the pendlay bars? Economy and mens.

2. How many places are left for the December I-Course are there and how soon do they get sold. Negotiations at home are currently at a very critical stage as my first child is likely to be between 1- 3 weeks old at the beginning of December.

I can't help you with number 1 but you can easily find out most of number 2 for yourself by going to the Crossfit london site, going to the shop and looking at the 'stock' level for the i-course.

Crossfit London

Just a few minutes ago there were 9 places left on the november I-course and 21 in december.
