Ok well I have a birthday coming round the corner with no idea what I would want so I thought I could get some useful equipment to help with CF.

Stuff I have thought of is:

A CF watch-any recommendations on a good CF compatible watch.

aand thats it lol.

so yeah if any of you could suggest anything you have that you find useful then post it here so I can add it to my list.

But beware, the Gymboss doesn't have a stopwatch. An odd omission for something so darned useful, but there you have it.

Timex IronMan Triathalon seems pretty popular if you search the CrossFit boards. I have the Garmin Forerunner 101 in addition to the GymBoss; it's old but still effective - stopwatch and GPS. I hear the new versions are even better with more functions and a smaller footprint (the 101 is freaking huge on the wrist!)
