Come on you...put your money/thrusters where your mouth is...
Who's else is doing it with you? Erm...everyone that's doing the burpee challenge! This is your favoured alternative
Seeing as its a 50 day challenge you could even do them every other day so you start and finish with us....

Wow,i feel tired just thinking about a set of 100 of these bad boys.Still,if you're not goal-orientated then you're just training into oblivion.

I'm counting on it. Admittedly I am not even aiming for 100 continuous burpees, I am not totally convinced that I can complete this challenge and if I do I don't believe I will be able to do the 100 in one go. I am however certain I will get further can I can now though and as far as I am concerned that is enough (as long as I give my best).
Currently I can't do 15 pushups with good form without a rest. I will reserve further comment for a few months time!

Don't be negative.Believe in yourself always.Imagine yourself completing 100 continous burpees.Imagine the exhaustion, the soaking sweat everything.
Now hold that thought and give a minute or so every day to thinking about it.Eyes on the prize, stay positive and you will succeed.
B.t.w.i'm planning on going into psychology:)

Grole - It's only 1 more today than the amount you could successfully complete yesterday
Franz - It's on the way. In the meantime, I will put a summary up here every day.

The only commitment I am making at the moment is to get the prescribed number of burpees done during the course of the day, and I expect that I will splitting things into sets performed at differents times of the day long before I get half way through the challenge.
Assuming I make it all the way to day 100, I will then start working on doing the 100 in fewer sets from day 101 onwards.
