So...

Who is doing this 100 Day Burpee Challenge already then?

And if not currently doing it, who's up for it?

Here
is the link to the CF Santa Cruz details page on rules and form.

I started on Wednesday 20th August - so it's 3 burpees for me today!

Will look to put up some sort of counter, etc on the FK.UK blog relating to the above start date...

...so for anyone that isn't doing it already and wants to get involved, to "buy-in" today for the FK.UK version is 1+2+3= 6 burpees B)

Burpees rule B)

I have been following various threads on various boards about this. There are certainly a lot of people doing the challenge. I had already decided to start on Monday. Not sure if I can make it all way to 100 though, but I sure as hell won't if I don't try!

<short break in typing>

OK, I'm in. 6 burpees done.

You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

Hmmm.

It would be good for me.

But 100 burpees?

Then again, it would get me better at doing them.

But then, I'll fail, like I always do. I'll never do them every day.

Tell you what, I'll do 6 today. And maybe 7 tomorrow. And maybe even 8 the day after that...

... maybe.

Jut read the rules; no way I can make up the lost time to finish on time if I start now, it would be 820 burpees today just to catch up.

I like the challenge though so I was thinking about maybe starting on Sept 16th, that way I would finish the 100 challenge on Dec 24th, right in time for a rest day on Christmas. Anyone on the fence about starting fancy joining me for this? We can call it the Advent burpee challenge - got to be better than chocolate right? ;)

So start the FK.UK one! ;)

That's half the reason I'm starting it.

If you start today (3rd day) its only a buy in of 6...

You kidding me? Nothing's better than chocolate! Except possibly sausage and tomato crisps.

You guys do realise what's going to happen from day 50 onwards, right?

Reading up on Pavel's stuff but I'm unsure as to whether I can trust a man who can't afford a shirt.
