Well it has been a long time since i last did the zone and as from tomorrow I am starting it again. Have a headache trying to get my head around it again now though. It seems so complicated.

Ok this is how tommorrow will look

Breakfast

4 eggs 4 block protein
1apple 1 pair 4 block carbs
1 tea spoon olive oil


Break

4oz chicken 4 block protein
120g of diced veg 1 block carb
2 tomatoes 1 block carb
1 apple 2 block carbs
1 tea spoon olive oil 4 blocks fat


Break

4oz chicken 4 block protein
120g of diced veg 1 block carb
2 tomatoes 1 block carb
1 apple 2 block carbs
1 tea spoon olive oil 4 blocks fat

And my tea will be pretty much the same. Seems a bit boring but want to keep it simple to start.


Cant remember what the 4 4 4 4 5 1 is all about if someone could remind me?
