Nothing if not organised, eh! Well I've already paid so yeah I guess I'll do it. Just got to get some decent shoes that don't kill my feet next time.

Ugh. I'm going to have to start improving my running again aren't I.

Cheeky git. I'm normally enthusiastic about TG; I just didn't enjoy this one. And I'm actually missing running, I'll have you know :P

I think I might actually prefer the winter one, you know. Except for the jumping off the plank. I hate that even in summer.

I'm in. I am going to enter in a few days, just trying to round up a few friends to join me. Looking forward to it!

Probably not mate. The only time in the last few years I've had an asthma attack was in the cold of winter.

I'm definitely doing the summer one though, and want to go from the front this time...

Usually the last Sunday in January, though this year I'm pretty sure it's 1st Feb, as that's a Sunday. I'm sure I remember seeing it written in a newsletter as '32nd January'...

... are you going to bring your whale/dolphin/whatever it was, Sam?

You're plenty fit enough. It's the wussy bit you need to worry about. :P

I'm wavering on winter TG. Especially the thought of the plank jump.

I'll see how my running's going by about November and then enter if it's going well.

At the moment it's not too bad - though I am running with the dog so it's a bit stop-start (have to stop to investigate interesting streams/rabbits/other dogs/cow pats etc etc) so maybe it feels better than it really is! Though yesterday I did a 10-min warm up jog on the treadmill, and it seemed easy. Normally I spend the first 10 minutes thinking "I want to stop NOW!" I'm taking that as a good sign. Did some 2-min intervals with kb snatches a bit later and they were fine too.

I'll still come and watch TG/take photos/hand out sweets/be general support staff if I don't do it. Though then I'll feel envious and want to dive into the mud, so maybe I'd better just enter.
