Found the site through various CF links - great to see so many of you getting some in the UK!

I'm currently living in Japan and doing my best to follow the CrossFit mainsite-posted WODs at least 3-4 days a week, along with a bunch of like-minded folks here.

Still got a lot to learn and I hope to do so from all of you here.

I'll be back home (in Blackburn) for most of August and September and will be heading to CF Manchester to train with Mark, Karl and the rest of the gang.
