In terms of scaling etc...
* The author of the workout suggested that 10 to 1 reps might be better after doing the WOD himself
* Another suggestion from an athlete that completed the WOD is to do odd numbers - i.e. 15,13,11,9,7,5,3,1, and no run at the end.
