Hi All,

Thought that it was about time that I joined after Brew got me interested in the whole CF thing.

I have only recently started following the CF WOD and finding it hard going but really enjoying it, nothing I like more than a good challenge and CF gives me that! :) Going for a workout with Brew next week so he can show me a few things, so that should be a laugh?! ;)

Anyway, just wanted to say Hi to you all.

Take it easy,

Lee ;)

welcome Lee
You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

Thanks for all the replies! ;)

I am "zoning" too which seems to help things along nicely, any excuse to eat frequently!

I just seem to be aching all the time, but thats a good feeling!

Looking foraward to training with Brew on friday, think I am going to hurt!

Take it easy,

Lee ;)

Ps, CF always seems dead easy on paper!

Lol...that's my first rule of CF:

If it looks easy on paper...
