Hi All,

Great to see we have a forum like this based in the uk. I have used the RT forum for about 2 years now and have his 3 most recent training manuals, I look regularly at Crossfit and use a few of their workouts. I also like the workouts used by the guys at Gym Jones and Mountain athlete for when I want a bit of a more lengthy workout. I also have a number of Kettlebells and enjoy some of the stuff from AOS.

My training has been a bit on/off for the last couple of years but I am now looking to get that sorted and hopefully get some proper tuition on oli lifting.

Well anyway I look forward to using the site and speaking to you all in the future.

Ben

hi ben, welcome
You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...
