Front squats: 6 doubles at 80
planks: 50kgx30s, 60kg 2x30s (up to 65 or 70 next time)
Pressed 60kg for a triple then missed the second of the next double. Bleh
bored and waiting then...

ok, cycled 35km on saturday, 50 on sunday
monday snatched to 85% (72kg) and a load of doubles at 80% 110kg on the squat for a single but had to stop due to knee
Today: clean and jerked 85 for a single and a bunch of doubles (2cl+1J) at 80, front squatted the same weights. Knee is ok today.

Snatch and C&J sessions followed the same format, 2x a week. Topped out on the snatch yesterday at 80, missed 84 numerous times. Managed to back squat without annoying the knee, up to 110 for an easy single. Max C&J tomorrow. I need to up the frequency from 2x to 3x a week now for the quick lifts as I think the knee can handle it. I'd like to get back to 4x a week after the next cycle. Need a contingency incase the knee goes again, Doing some general prehab style stuff, some of which was stolen from everyone's favourite anti-guru... http://www.youtube.c...h?v=7bHLo-zW-Qo

Clean and jerk: 95kg, cleaned 100 easy but wussed out of jerk
front squat: 100(pb)-105(f)-105(pb)-108(f)
little better here. I think the front squatting I've done over the last few months is helping with everything. Think I need to carry on doing more FS than BS for a while to address an imbalance.

right, still alive, maxed on the snatch friday and hit a PB with 86kg, only one kilo but I haven't hit a best on the snatch in about 8 months,
jerk is still in and around 100kg and back squat kicking around 125kg. Front squatted 105 last week too. Pleased that the squatting is still around the same as I cycled about 400km over the previous two weeks or so. Knee seems to be almost better but icing it. Shoulders are annoyed but I think they should be ok if I take care of some scapular stuff and avoid throwing snatches behind. Competition on saturday and I'm hoping to get closer to the 200kg total.
