Ahoy there folks, I've decided I don't waste enough time on the internet already so I've signed up this here internet board. I mostly do some sort of crossfit type silliness and will be following the main page WOD, CF Ireland's and some other self made concoctions depending on planetary alignment. I think I've been crossfitting for about 5 or 6 months and am slowly reaching a reasonably acceptable level of mediocrity (previously swam an hour a day and tooled about on cross-trainers and the like for a few months. Was a lazy couch potato before that). I'll be keeping a log here for accountability and whatnot and generally waffling incoherently about things I probably don't know enough about,
