New year and new start and all that so I've written off last year as training/diet/direction was rubbish and have used the new year to completely re focus

Oly lifting
I lift every Monday and Wednesday at a very small local club that trains kids from 8-16 year olds, I train with the coach after the kids sessions;
Warm up - snatch high pull progressions
Full Snatch -6 sets @ 4 reps - 25,30,35,40,45,50,
Jerk From rack - 4 sets @ 4 reps - 45,50,55,60
Front Squat - 4 sets @ 4 reps - 50,60,70,80
We are in a technique stage at the moment which we will keep for the next few weeks.
