hello,
some of you know me - some of you dont.......

OK - On this board I promise to stay more focused - and not ramble in peoples threads about random stuff (Chets fault really - he always started it) ;p

Bout me - I live in North Lanarkshire in sunny Scotland - and used to be fat.....still wobbly, just not as much. I like chocolate and coke zero - I work in IT and have recently re-discovered the joys of running with nike+.

Passed your place yesterday - but wasnt sure exactly where it was.... is it in the business ctr ??

im just getting back into running........ so been using the track in airdrie in the mornin' - and lots of countryside paths which ive been plodding along - my nike+ kit is keeping me amused with the running for the moment.

Through work I get free membership for the Livingwell bellshill *cough* - where your not even allowed to sweat without Guggi wristbands. But ive been injured for many a moon... so only really getting back into training a bit. New baby, Night School Uni and work commitments make me time poor for training... :( getting there tho
