Skills
Gymnastics skill: Pick a skill from gymnasticswod site and work on it for 10 minutes.
Conditioning
With a running clock set to 2 minutes perform;
2 x Turkish Get-Up (1xL/1xR)
Cleans @ 80% max Power Snatch
Repeat until you have done 50 Cleans
Cleans involve a full squat in the catch position NOT a power clean. If you power clean the bar you MUST perform a front squat to count the rep.
