I looked to see if this had previously been mentioned, it hadn't. Anyone done it before? Anyone fancy giving it a go? :D

You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

Did it a few times last year. Best I got was 141. Been meaning to have another go, so I'm in.
They've used it a few times at Gym Jones, and they have a harsher variation where you can only change hands once, with rest only being taken in with the bell overhead in the locked position. :o
Maximise your training and minimise the bullshit.

Yeah, I was reminded of this when I trawled through GJ the other day. 141 is a very good score, MisterC!
They love all that "hell position" rest stuff

I thought that the SsST was always done with only one hand change?

I'm in. When do we do it?

I'll be aiming to beat a "lethargic" 100

I'd be up for it too. Did it a few times in the past back when I was doing lots of kettlebell stuff, before I discovered CrossFit. Can't remember what I scored though.

My PT did this recently. He got 151 I think. He said he's never been in so much pain before!

I've been meaning to try it for ages. I'll do it soon. I reckon anything over 100 will be good for me.

I was thinking about it. Assuming I can work out how to use the gymboss - I have to figure it out from scratch every time I use it

Yeah, why not. B)

I'm definitely in - but not tomorrow I'm afraid.

Are you guys all using the Rx'ed 24kg?

I will need to learn/practise the "swing snatch" - I usually do the "straight up snatch" but don't think that's a good idea for this challenge... ;)

Why not is that my abs are killing me. Must be those wheel roll outs and V-ups I did. They hurt every time I turned over in bed last night!

think I'll just run today and put the challenge off til tomorrow... there'll be quite enough pain anyway, without adding more.

Guess so, but it's not quite the same... I'd be more inclined to use your 16kg kb myself.

and sorry to scare you, Davie. Didn't realise you were quite so sensitive ;) :P
