I looked to see if this had previously been mentioned, it hadn't. Anyone done it before? Anyone fancy giving it a go?

Did it a few times last year. Best I got was 141. Been meaning to have another go, so I'm in.
They've used it a few times at Gym Jones, and they have a harsher variation where you can only change hands once, with rest only being taken in with the bell overhead in the locked position.

Maximise your training and minimise the bullshit.

Yeah, I was reminded of this when I trawled through GJ the other day. 141 is a very good score, MisterC!
They love all that "hell position" rest stuff

I'm definitely in - but not tomorrow I'm afraid.
Are you guys all using the Rx'ed 24kg?
I will need to learn/practise the "swing snatch" - I usually do the "straight up snatch" but don't think that's a good idea for this challenge...

Yeah, why not.
Why not is that my abs are killing me. Must be those wheel roll outs and V-ups I did. They hurt every time I turned over in bed last night!
think I'll just run today and put the challenge off til tomorrow... there'll be quite enough pain anyway, without adding more.
