I am USELESS at diy so thought i would send this out to the masses and see what comes back. I am able to get hold of some tyres, only large car tyres/4x4 not tractor yet and I want to fix rope to them for pulling. Someone on here posted something a while back saying tyres have eye bolts in so got that bit i think but I am struggling firstly to find what rope to use (want to go with the rope they have in the old style gyms) and secondly how to attached this to the tyre to be able to pull it.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers
Andy

I will dig out my tire and get photos but basicly its like this
Get an eye bolt with a screw thread at the end. Screw this into the tire
Get a cheap tow rope form Halfords or somewhere similar. This will have hooks on it. Hook it to the eye bolt
Attach the other end to a weight lifting belt, put this on and voilą

You are a MAN... take that Zone diet and throw it back at Sears and tell him "f*** you, I'm eating food without counting it". Embrace the 200+ pound range, bro, hug it...

sorry bud, just realised I hadn't replied. Nice one! Do you know anything about the larger ropes like the ones they use for strong man lorry pull etc.
I'm like a goddamn Navy Seal and Olympic gold medalist wrapped in a f***ing suit of body armour. I'm f***ing elite.
