that looks like a very good time
what sort of terrain did you have (or select, was it all on gym kit)?
what were your splits

I would imagine mine would be around the 3.20, 19.00, 19.30 from similar activities.
edit: plus transitions

ARe you sure that bike distance was miles and not km?
30mph is a pretty fast pace to keep up unless you're going down hill or are a very good rider. If the latter then it's a very good time.

hi yes it was 10km or 6.2 miles there is a bit of a trick on the indoor bikes you hav to get them up to between 120 and 130 rpm at a low level and then keep them at that and then put the level up to at least 12 or above i did it on level 16 which is the max that the trick with indoor bikes its no good trying to do it at 70 or 80 rpm as you hav to get the fly wheel in side really going .if it was a road bike i would never had done such a quick time

I will tackle it tomorrow night and post the time here. We really need to get more challenges like this and Marks FUBAR.
How do you know if you never test yourself??
