cheers dude, the old pecs aren't thankin me for it today though! god knows what they'll be like tomorrow....

I would say it'll teach me not to take so much time off training, but I know it wont!

x2 to warm up - jesus christ those dips were painful following yesterday's shenanigans....

then

CF WOD - Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps

To start off I did a set of 30s to finish up my warm up...

15x30kg
3x50kg
3x70kg
3x90kg
3x100kg
3x110kg

Matching my pb...wasn't easy, either!

followed by some handstand practice, L-sits, pressup variations and some good stretchin'
