Deadlift 3x140Kg
Sit-Ups 0
OHS 10x7.5Kg
Standing Press 5-3-3-1-1
50, 52.5, 55(2), 57.5, 60(x), 60
Couldn't make the 60 at first but after a good dose of Neurosynaptic Facilitation pressed it up quite easily.
Wed:
"Warriors Never Die"
4 Rounds for Time:
25 Jumping Pull-Ups
25 Walking Lunge
25 KTE
25 45lb Thrusters
25 45lb Push Press
25 35lb DB Swings
25 Burpees
Time = 39:42 (three rounds)
Ran out of time after three rounds, the last round would probably have taken another 15 mins or so.

Sandbag Mile.
The SANDBAG MILE method is simple. The goal is to progress to a mile carry with 100% of bodyweight sandbag in 15 minutes.
Each time you put the bag down on the ground you receive a 15 second penalty.
1600m with 42.75 Kg (58% bodyweight) in 14:55 (no penalties)
Just made it. It's definitely going to be tough next time when I add another five kilos.

20 Kg Weighted Pull-ups, 30 reps
25 Handstand Push-ups
Time = 33:22, 10 unweighted pull-ups, partial HSPU.
Eventually gave up with the weighted pull-ups in the interest of finishing sometime today and if I'm honest the HSPU were more like handstands by the end too.

20 pound Medicine ball cleans ==> 9Kg
Double-unders

Post total time and total reps plus calories (from row) to comments.
The clock runs continuously for the ten minutes after the run.
Time= 7:38, 72, 23, 24, 30, 12. (total time: 18:00 there was an element of faffing between rounds)
Ouchie, this was nasty.

Time = 20:44
Over 4 minute improvement on last time! Although admittedly that was around 18 months ago. Still, it's good to see that I'm definitely improving because sometimes it really doesn't seem like it.
Working in South Africa next week, so I may not be able to post regularly. The hotel they booked me doesn't even have a gym!

I also trawl a few CrossFit affiliate sites and various forums and basically nab anything that looks interesting.
Or, as is the case for most of this week (as I don't have a gym to use which makes most WODs kind of difficult) I just make them up.
I try to remember to credit them when it's not obvious where they come from but I just noticed I didn't mention that I got the Big Five 55 from Gym Jones or that Warriors never die was from a CF Affiliate (can't remember which one!) so I'm obviously not as good at remembering that as I thought.
