Deadlift 5-3-3
132.5, 150, 167.5(x) Kg

Then:
Standing Press 5-3-3
52.5(2), 60(x), 67.5(x) Kg

Oh dear. Something's obviously not right, not sure if it's the fact that I did three metcons in a row or if I'm coming down with something or if I'm suffering after a few, ahem, unhealthy days. Or possibly all three. Anyway, off on holiday next week so I'll have a bit of a rest and try again the week after.

Bulgarian Split Squat 5-5-5-5
20, 30, 40, 50 Kg

Then:
Bench Press 5-3-3
60, 67.5, 75(1) Kg

Getting the hang of the split squats a bit, although the heavier ones were still a little wobbly. BPs didn't feel too bad although not great as I missed my numbers on the heavy set but overall I felt a lot better than yesterday. Obviously I've just been overdoing things (one way or another.)

15 seconds rest

Ran out of steam a bit on the first set, had planned to make 22 rounds. So did shorter sets to bulk up the time a bit.

2x20Kg DBs Push Press

Time = 4:34

Quite slow as it turns out, but I probably could have gone faster. Now I know 3:46 is the time to beat I probably will try harder next time :)

Squats again improved, BPs a little poor, but my arms are still stiff from a few days back which probably didn't help.

Then:
Standing Press 5-5-5-5
50, 50, 55(2), 55(4) Kg

Then:
Power Clean 5-5-3-3
70, 70, 80, 80

Then:
4x10 Strict Press-Ups

Deadlifts fine, although hampered somewhat by using a s***ty 10 kilo TechnoGym bar with no knurling to speak of, a real test of grip! Presses another story, they were a total disaster. Decided to make up for it with a few cleans and pull-ups.
